We are partnering exclusively with a fast growing, people-centric Financial Services Co. based in Sydney CBD. They're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Manager to support their scaling business in implementing and maintaining effective HR policies and procedures. This role is ideal for someone with foundational HR experience who is ready to take the next step in their career and contribute to a growing team. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment activities; tracking applicants, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Help coordinate training and development initiatives. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and wellness programs. Support performance review cycles and feedback processes. Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies. Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed. Assist in HR policy development and implementation Co-ordination on complex matters with Legal, Finance, Payroll and other stakeholders as required.
